VFFS with Cup Filler for Granular Products
This machine is suitable for packing free or non-free flow products. This VFFS with Cup Filling Machine is a vertical form fill seal machine for packing all types of free-flow products which makes center seal pouches. This machine is mainly designed to pack 100 gm to 1000 gm product packing and its maximum reel width can be used in this model is 450 mm open width with 76 mm core ID.
A variety of filling systems can be used in this model as suitable for products. In this model, pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and vector are driven draw down pair of belts which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor.
In this machine, unprinted packing material can also be used.
