It has a filling system with gear pump controlled with VFD driven motor to vary the filing speed with the range 500ml and 1000ml. Pouch width is 150mm and length is varied as per the volumes. Accuracy set value depends on constant tank level.
This machine has a standard side factory set and variable speed machine with Delta make VFD. It packs 2500 pouches of 500ml and 1200 pouches of 1000ml per hour. It includes multilayer nylon-based film and impulse-twin sealing for horizontal. It required an electrical power of 415 Volts, 50Hz, and 3 phases.
It does water cooling, 150 Litters per hour at 10 degrees C. to 15 degrees C. This machine include ABB/ Microprocessor, standard make, Crompton greaves gear box, SKF/FAB bearing.
Our water pouch packing machine is well suited to pack products namely water, artificial fruit juice, flavored milk, lassi in LDPE packing material.
To get perfect form & shape of the pouch from the film, the folding collar box helps in folding process. By the support of vertical impulse strip sealer, centre sealing will be performed.
