The film roll mounted on the backside of the machine after unwinding mechanism film passes through a series of free rollers.
To get the shape of a pouch, the film will be folded in folding collar box, by the vertical impulse strip sealer center sealing will be done. Pulling and pouch of the milk packaging machine depends on rubber roller pulling assembly. This assembly controlled by a clutch brake system which is adjustable. On this Milk Pouch Packing Machine, printed packing material with photocell marks can be used.
After making a pouch, the desired quantity of liquid is filled in a ready formed tube. This formed tube is controlled by gravity fill electromagnetic valve and timer. Horizontal sealing of pouch and cutting of pouch will be done rod type impulse sealer.
