Description of Flow Wrap Servo Model:

It is horizontal form fill seal machine, chikki packing machine, flow wrap machines,biscuit packing machine, chocolate packing machine supplier, soap packing machine manufacturer, bar packing machines, cheese packing machine wrapper, wet wipe packing machine, cake packing machine, scrubber pad packing supplier machine & tazzo packing machines capable of packing single or several pieces stacked one on top of another.

The operator will keep the product manually in the feeding system that is pawl chain conveyor. This machine is equipped with mechanism known as automation feeding. Two pairs of rollers get the film drawn and at the similar interval seal the film at the bottom.

Manipulated by photo detector signal, vertical sealing is operated by mechanical motor. Sealing mechanism is a continual heating process. With the desired size metal, the disc type heaters are fitted.

Packing roll is formed in the shape of a tube at the folding box & the insertion of the product in this tube is done by feeding conveyor. Wrapping of the product is achieved by packing material & thereafter transferred to horizontal sealers. A set of sealers slits the pouch while also sealing it. On out feed conveyor, pouch packing is the final outcome.
